holiday inn was a convenient choice for our stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. the airport shuttle was prompt and efficient, taking us directly to the hotel. our room on the 4th floor was spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the surroundings. we enjoyed keeping the curtains open to watch the rain and being able to open the window slightly for some fresh air. the check-in process was smooth, thanks to the professional and pleasant demeanor of the staff.

The breakfast meal was hot with a very uninviting atmosphere and ham, as example. The location of this hotel short walk to the tram and a restaurant was convenient and best possible.

We ate at a fabulous restaurant which is good having delicious food. The bed was comfortable, the staff were genuinely helpful and very helpful.

The room was a nice size, in very good condition with recent furnishings in a business-like style. A 24-hour restaurant which is good having delicious food was an advantage.

The staff were eager to help, providing an excellent service. Had magnificent location so close to the airport and practical rooms.

The hotel is set in a great location close enough to nearest store or restaurant and ease of check-in and the train station. Overall the room is new-fashioned, updated and includes a storage space and a chair.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because of its 14 meeting rooms, which accommodated our professional business functions seamlessly. The variety of meeting spaces and event rooms were well-suited for accommodating both small and large events, allowing for a smooth and successful showcase.

I did miss having a dedicated onsite business center for last-minute work and printing needs during the event.

The hotel's location was central, on the bus line.

Particularly good location just next door to downtown and nearest store or restaurant, and Newark airport, and excellent service.

Truly enjoyed our room that was updated and clean and available with a business-like style, recent furnishings and a roll-away bed. The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect for exploring this fantastic area, adjacent to fitness center, areas beyond the norm and the public transport.

Clean place with polite and understanding staff and good view of NY skyline. Great location in a decent area, next to Newark airport, and Statue of Liberty ferry.

Overall - exceptionally comfortable and functional place with very-very nice staff with wonderful customer service. The location unbeatable and magnificent in an area further than I wanted to be.
